Built on a scalable monorepo architecture using Turborepo and Next.js App Router, with Sanity CMS enabling real-time, no-code content management for the team. Delivered accessible, SEO-optimized, and mobile-friendly UI with reusable Shadcn-based components. Achieved 97+ Lighthouse scores and empowered non-developers to manage content independently. Prioritized storytelling, transparency, and performance to align with the foundation’s mission.

Developed a sophisticated rich-text editor leveraging TipTap and shadcn/UI components. Built with React and Next.js 15, this editor integrates seamlessly into any React project with a single command, thanks to the shadcn-cli. Key features include rich text formatting (bold, italic, underline), multiple heading levels, ordered and unordered lists, text alignment options, image uploads and management, text color and background customization, and search and replace functionality. Deployed on Vercel, the editor ensures unmatched scalability and reliability. Inspired by the shadcn-UI site, it offers a user-friendly interface and comprehensive features.
